The journal seeks to provide an inter-disciplinary forum for scholarly discourse in all the functional areas of business and public management: Accounting, Finance, Marketing, General Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, International Business,Risk Management, Entrepreneurship, Production and Operation Management, Supply Chain Management etc.
The aim of the semiannual journal is to advance conceptual development and practice of management with a view to improving organizational performance and public management especially in Africa.
